The rooms are amazing and huge and complete with nice decorations and the bedroom and couch. The atmosphere is QUIET and everyone from the staff are polite and courteous.

Simple and fairly clean hotel, comfortable beds. Huge room, very amiable staff — everything was perfect. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Comfortable location in downtown Atlanta. Right by airport and location as well as nearby restaurants.

The check-in process is smooth and efficient, thanks to the attentive manager Vim.

The karaoke room and casino, which cater to my interests, are not available at this hotel.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The room had central heating, a TV, and a microwave. The atmosphere was quiet and there was a private bathroom. The location was favorable, with nearby restaurants and the airport, as well as shuttle service. Additionally, it was conveniently located in downtown Atlanta.

This place is spotless and super convenient, being so close to the airport and having a shuttle service that also takes you downtown 🌟.

poor tv,not enough channels!....had to ring hotel to get the airport shuttle from the airport....twice!....

Good size room and facilities however the room needed renovating as there were cracks in the bath and washbasin. The mattress was stained and the room needed a good clean.

I stayed at a small suite in this hotel for training classes and had a great experience. The beds were really comfortable and I slept well after long days. Despite being an older hotel, it was clean and provided good value for the price. I will definitely book here again for my upcoming training classes.

The front stuff is unhelpful at all.The one thing that he concentrate was watching TV.I asked for non smoking room,he put me in handicap room which have broken shower and smoking smell.You should have a printer in your hotel.I ask the same guy to print my boarding part,he just didn't care or willing to help me anymore.I'mvery upset because of this point,I have to face the long story trouble later on.
